Effective August 20, 2026HOUSE ZERO is a free daily entertainment game. HZ chips are fictional score units. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money, property, prizes, or anything else of value.
ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
By creating an account or using HOUSE ZERO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
WHO CAN PLAY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Do not use HOUSE ZERO where access to simulated casino-style games is prohibited.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. One person should use one account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
FAIR PLAY
Do not automate play, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, manipulate rankings, impersonate others, scrape private data, or use HOUSE ZERO unlawfully. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that threaten the game or other players.
DAILY EMAILS
If you opt in, we send the daily Drop and related account messages. You can pause promotional Drop emails at any time using the link in each message or your profile. Essential security and service messages may still be sent.
OUR STUFF
HOUSE ZERO and its software, artwork, writing, game systems, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service—not ownership of it.
SERVICE CHANGES
Drops, rules, scores, streaks, availability, and features may change or reset. We may correct errors or discontinue part or all of the service. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.
DISCLAIMERS
HOUSE ZERO is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. It is entertainment, not financial advice, a gambling service, or an opportunity to win value. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOUSE ZERO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date here. Material changes may also be announced in the service or by email.
